Synchronize: Trauma-Informed Somatic Menstrual Cycle Coaching for Women
A four-month virtual coaching container for the woman who's been losing two weeks of every month — and is ready to live all four.
Who The Synchronize Is For
Pushing through hasn't been enough. You're ready for the kind of healing that begins by listening to what your cycle has been trying to tell you.
You are carrying experiences such as:
cycle symptoms that take you out of your life each month — cramping, anxiety, sensitivity, the luteal overwhelm that arrives like clockwork
a diagnosis of PMDD or endometriosis, or years of symptoms without a name
the sense that you lose two weeks of every month — and the suspicion that you've started building your life around the two "good" ones
a pattern of pushing through your body — through fatigue, through pain, through the parts of the month when you know you need rest — to keep up with what's being asked of you
a creative life you want to be living that keeps stalling, because you've been making it on a schedule that has nothing to do with your body
You may have tracked your cycle before — through apps, books, or courses that gave you information without a felt sense of your own rhythm. You may have never paid attention to your cycle at all. Both are welcome here. What matters is that you're ready to listen to your body — and to let your cycle become a partner rather than an enemy.
Synchronize offers a 1:1 pathway where you can finally do this work — coming into synchrony with your body rather than living at odds with it.
Why Synchronize?
So much of what hurts in a woman's cyclical experience isn't a personal failing. It is the friction of living a cyclical body inside a culture that was never designed to honor it.
We've been handed a world that moves in straight lines — same output every day, same energy every week, productivity that doesn't bend for the body. Our biology doesn't move that way. Hormones rise and fall, energy rises and wanes. There are weeks for outward action and weeks for inward listening, weeks for doing more and weeks for rest. When we override these rhythms to match a culture that doesn't see them, the body protests — through symptoms, through exhaustion, through the loss of two weeks of every month.
Synchronize works at that level. Not by adding more discipline to an already overloaded system, but by teaching you to listen to a body that has been speaking in a language you were never taught to read. The cycle becomes a map, and each phase becomes a teacher. With time, the friction softens, not because the world changes, but because you stop fighting yourself inside of it.
You arrive disconnected from your cycle, bracing for the difficult weeks, unsure where your own rhythm even is anymore.
You leave living in your cycle rather than against it — with a felt sense of your phases, language for what each one asks and offers, and creative work that moves in seasons that match your body. You no longer lose two weeks of every month and begin to live all four.
And the shifts ripple outward. When a woman learns to honor her own rhythm, she gives the women around her permission to honor theirs. The cultural pattern of overriding the female body — passed down through mothers, sisters, daughters — begins to loosen. The medicine moves through us, and beyond us, into the generations that follow.
Why Somatic Menstrual Cycle Coaching?
Synchronize is a blend of coaching and somatic work, with the somatic work giving you the felt sense of your own body as its central instrument. Your cycle is so much more than just biological information to manage. She is a lived, embodied rhythm that has to be known and experienced from the inside.
Somatic menstrual cycle coaching uses somatic inquiry to help you meet your cycle where it actually lives — in sensation, in symptom, in the shifting weather of each phase. It works with the body's own intelligence to translate what it has been trying to say, rather than overlaying cycle theory on a body you've never been taught to listen to.
What this does, over time:
Recalibrates your nervous system, helping you to move you out of the chronic override that disrupts cycle health and toward the regulated baseline your hormones need to do their work
Restores your relationship with your body as you begin meeting your womb, your symptoms, and your cycle with curiosity rather than as problems to be solved
Builds cycle literacy in the body, not just the mind so you know where you are in your month by feel, not by app
Opens what your symptoms have been carrying — the patterns, the unspoken needs, the parts of you that surface in luteal or menstruation and have something to say
Within Synchronize, somatic work is never separate from the cycle education or the practical lifestyle pieces. Each session is shaped to where you are in your own rhythm — paced to your body's wisdom, woven together with cycle tracking, archetype inquiry, and the creative work of the container. You're never asked to go anywhere your system isn't ready to go.
Why I Created This
I know what it means to live in a body whose rhythms I had been taught to override, to push through, to medicate around. I would find myself depleted, dreading certain weeks of every month, mistaking the cost of that override for who I was.
For a long time, I pushed my body through her cycle. I worked in the fitness industry, where the message to push through was the air I breathed. More caffeine, more ibuprofen, more discipline, more performance, no matter what week of the month it was. It was exhausting trying to keep up. I was on hormonal birth control for ten years, with no felt sense of my own rhythm underneath it. I thought this was "normal." I would eventually learn I was overriding a body that had been asking for something different for a long time.
What changed for me began with the moon. I started tracking the new and full moon, intending to manifest, and the practice quietly took me somewhere deeper than I had planned to go. I had an intuitive pull to remove my birth control, and when the pandemic forced me to slow down, I finally had the space to listen. For the first time in my life, I began to feel a cycle that actually ebbed and flowed — a body asking for different things in different weeks.
As I came into relationship with my cycle, alongside the deeper somatic and trauma work I was doing, my life began to reorganize. I learned what each phase asked of me. I stopped dreading my period and started honoring it as a time of rest that fed everything else. The PMS I used to feel like a monthly unraveling softened — not because the symptoms vanished, but because I knew what they were saying and how to meet them. I came to know myself across the month, each phase a different aspect of who I am, all of it me.
I have come to believe that one of the most powerful things a woman can do in a culture that was not designed for her body is to take ownership of it — to learn what she was never taught, to live by a rhythm that is actually hers, and to stop apologizing for being cyclical inside of a world that pretends to be linear.
That's why I created Synchronize. Not as theory, but as the pathway I once needed and could not find — where a woman can learn, in her body, what it feels like to live in rhythm with her cycle rather than at war with it.
Our Pillars
Once you've moved through these three phases, this is what becomes possible:
You wake up and can sense where you are in your cycle before you check an app or a calendar. Your body is talking, and you've learned to listen.
You move into the week you used to dread, and it doesn't surprise you. You've planned for it and tended to it. You have rest on the calendar and lower expectations on your plate.
You stop using one week's capacity as the measure of another week's worth. The variation across the month makes sense now. You know why you can do something easily one week and not the next, and you stop punishing yourself for the difference.
Your creative work begins to move again with more ease. Things you plant in one phase you allow to bloom in another. The pace of what you make changes, and so does the depth.
You sit with period pain, when it comes, in a different way. Not always pleasant, not always easy, but no longer a betrayal of your body and no longer something you suffer alone in silence.
You name what you need, and the people who can meet you do. The people who can't, become clearer. You stop apologizing for being a woman with a body.
You live in your cycle, and you know it. Not as a framework you remind yourself of, but as something you embody, in real time, across the rhythm of every month.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Synchronize is designed as a virtual coaching container, and that's how I recommend it. If in-person sessions are necessary for your process, this can be taken into consideration for an additional cost — there's also the option of a hybrid format, where some sessions are in person and others virtual. We can talk through what would actually serve you in your Somatic Assessment.
-
On a case-by-case basis, yes. Synchronize is primarily a coaching container — action-oriented, focused on lifestyle and embodied practices that support your cycle. If at any point we find that deeper trauma processing would serve the work, we can explore that together and design a personalized approach. That may involve an additional package or cost, but we'd never add anything that isn't right for where you are.
-
You don't need any background. Most women who come to me are new to this. Menstrual cycle awareness is a quiet, niche practice that's only recently becoming more known — and we'll meet you exactly where you are, whether you've never tracked a cycle in your life or you've been working with this for years.
-
You're welcome here, and this work can absolutely support you alongside whatever care you're already receiving. That said, I want to be honest that I'm not a specialist in these conditions, and Synchronize isn't designed as a treatment for them. What this work can do is help you build a body-based relationship with your cycle that often makes living with these conditions more workable. If you're looking for specialized PMDD, endometriosis, or PCOS care specifically, I can point you toward practitioners who do that work primarily.
-
Yes. This is beautiful work to do during pregnancy. The cycle map shifts in pregnancy, but the somatic relationship with your body, your rhythm, and your creative life remains — and pregnancy itself is a profound cyclical experience to be in conversation with.
-
Yes. The menstrual cycle is one expression of a deeper cyclical rhythm — one that continues whether or not you are bleeding. Lunar tracking, energetic cycling, and somatic attunement to your phases are all available regardless of where your bleed is or isn't. We'll meet your body where it currently is.
-
Plan for about 30–45 minutes a week — tracking, journal prompts, somatic practices, and reading. It's designed to be sustainable, not another to-do list. The weekly resources are tailored to what's actually moving for you, so the time you spend is time that's actually useful.
-
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If life gets in the way of the container in a bigger way — illness, family, a heavy work stretch — we'll talk about what makes sense. The container is held with care, and that includes flexibility when you need it.

Weekly support happens through Homecoming, a secure private app designed for this kind of between-session work. You'll receive your weekly journal prompts and somatic practices there, and you can respond by voice message or text — whatever feels easier for you in the moment. The app is also where you'll fill out your intake form, complete your weekly check-ins, and track your practices as you go.
I'm available through the app Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. I do my best to respond within 24 hours during those hours. I generally don't respond on weekends — though I may occasionally, depending on the day. The boundary is there to protect the quality of the work and to model the same kind of rhythmic, sustainable pacing this container is teaching you.
Not Ready Yet?
If Synchronize is calling but not quite the right moment, there is a smaller, gentler way to begin.
The Cycle Support Map is a low-cost entry into the kind of cyclical awareness this work is built on. For $4.95, you'll receive weekly emails for one cycle that walk you through the energy, themes, and opportunities of each phase of your cycle, along with a short guided meditation to help you meet your body where it is each week.
This is a small doorway and a way to begin listening to your cycle, in small weekly doses, in your own time.
