Riva Jean-Paul is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, certified breathwork facilitator, and menstrual cycle coach currently completing her Master's in Art Therapy and Counseling.

She's been working intimately with women since 2015 — first as a fitness professional partnering with organizations like UC Davis and CalPERS, and later as she followed the thread that kept surfacing in that work: that lasting change requires going deeper than behavior, into the nervous system itself.

Her training draws from Revelation Breathwork, Atira Tan's somatic trauma lineage, Cycle Coach School, and The Embody Lab. She works at the intersection of body, breath, cycle, and creativity — and she believes the female body, when finally listened to, is one of the most reliable guides there is.
