For all 1:1 and group work, I require an initial point of connection before booking.

I do not typically answer phone calls, as my days are dedicated to teaching and client sessions. The best way to connect is via email, text, or the contact form here—especially for inquiries related to speaking, collaborations, or general questions.

All sessions are offered by appointment only. My in-person office is located in East Sacramento, and the address will be shared upon booking.

Messages are responded to Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. During certain times in my cycle, particularly my menstrual phase, response times may be slower as I honor a more inward rhythm.
