Virtual Monthly Trauma-Informed Breathwork Circle for Women

Reconnect. Release. Rise.

In a world that often demands more than we can give, it's easy to feel disconnected—from our bodies, our emotions, and our inner wisdom. This monthly breathwork circle offers a sanctuary for women to return to themselves, honor their cycles, and heal in community.

Why Breathwork?

Breath is our most intimate connection to life. It's a bridge between the seen and unseen, the conscious and subconscious. Through intentional breathing, we can access deep layers of stored emotions, release tension, and invite healing.

What to Expect

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Guided Breathwork: Trauma-informed practices to safely explore and release held emotions.

  • Somatic Awareness: Techniques to deepen your connection with your body.

  • Community Sharing: Optional space to voice experiences and insights.

  • Integration: Time to reflect and ground after the session

FAQs

  • Absolutely. This circle is designed with beginners in mind. You’ll be guided every step of the way with simple cues. You’re always in control—you can pause, slow down, or stop at any time.

  • Not quite. While breathwork is therapeutic, it’s not talk therapy. It works through the body—allowing you to access and release emotions stored deep within. Many women find it complements traditional therapy beautifully or helps them reach insights they couldn’t access through talking alone.

  • Nope. Sharing is completely optional. Some women love expressing, others prefer to stay quiet and reflect internally. You are welcome either way.

  • That’s exactly why this circle exists. Healing is hard when we do it in isolation. Just breathing beside others who understand can be deeply validating and uplifting.

  • Yes—this is a trauma-informed space. That means the practice is offered in a way that honors your body’s boundaries. You’ll be supported to stay present, grounded, and empowered in your own experience. Nothing is forced.
